With this escalation in pay among junior associates, is has become more important than ever that firms ensure sustained productivity of associates in order to realize a return on investment.
To service this need, we recently launched LAWYERISTICS, a professional coaching service designed for associates in larger U.S. law firms. All coaching provided by LAWYERISTICS is provided by an attorney with twenty years of legal and business experience who spent several years as an associate in a large New England-based law firm in the late 1980’s prior to moving into several entrepreneurial ventures within the legal services industry.
LAWYERISTICS was borne of the mission to help improve the lives, as well as careers of attorneys. Formed by an experienced attorney, LAWYERISTICS is keenly aware of the unique stressors on law firm associates, as well as the economic pressures bearing down on contemporary law firms.
